1. Acceptance of Terms

Welcome to CustomsWave (operated by Qwantome Consulting, herein referred to as "CustomsWave", "we", "us", or "our"). By accessing our website, software platform, landed cost calculator, HTS classification engine, or subscribing to any paid plan, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with these terms, you must discontinue platform use immediately.

2. Description of Services

CustomsWave is a cloud-based Trade Intelligence and Customs Compliance SaaS platform that provides:

• Product catalog & SKU inventory management with Harmonized Tariff Schedule (HTS) mapping.
• Automated landed cost calculation including Section 301, Section 232, MPF, and HMF duty estimates.
• Broker-reviewed HTS classification requests with GRI compliance notes and official CBP rulings references.
• Shipment milestone tracking, document storage, and cross-border supplier compliance auditing.

3. Subscription Plans & Billing Cycle

CustomsWave offers Free, Starter ($49/month), Professional ($99/month), and Enterprise (Custom) plans billed in United States Dollars (USD) or equivalent supported currencies through our authorized payment partner, Razorpay.

• Billing Cycle: Subscriptions are billed on a recurring monthly or annual basis starting from the date of initial payment.
• Automatic Renewal: Unless cancelled prior to the end of the current billing cycle, subscriptions renew automatically using the registered payment method.
• Currency & Invoicing: All stated subscription fees are in USD unless explicitly specified. Invoices and e-FIRS receipts are generated upon successful charge.

4. Classification Credits & Overage Policy

Paid subscription tiers include monthly allowances of broker-verified classification credits:

• Free Plan: 0 included classification credits.
• Starter Plan: 2 free classification credits per monthly billing cycle.
• Professional Plan: 5 classification credits + 1 hour consultation credit per monthly billing cycle.
• Excess / Overage Requests: If a customer submits classification requests exceeding their monthly included credits, additional requests are billed at $10.00 USD per HS code request. Overages are tracked in real-time in the client dashboard.

5. Tariff & Regulatory Disclaimer

While CustomsWave uses rigorous classification methodologies, official CBP CROSS rulings, and General Rules of Interpretation (GRI), tariff schedules and customs regulations are subject to government amendments and jurisdictional interpretation. Platform calculations and advisor reviews constitute compliance intelligence and recommendations, but do not replace formal binding ruling requests (e.g. eRulings) submitted directly to customs authorities.

6. Intellectual Property & Confidentiality

Customers retain full ownership of all uploaded product specifications, technical documents, CAD files, and proprietary formulas. CustomsWave maintains strict confidentiality and does not disclose customer inventory data to third parties without explicit authorization.

7. Cancellation & Account Termination

You may cancel your subscription at any time directly through your account dashboard or by emailing contact@qwantome.com. Upon cancellation, your account will remain active at your paid tier until the conclusion of your current paid billing period.
